Returns

1.1 Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason when you shop remotely (e.g. ursusbags.se).
The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive your goods.

2.2 The product you want to return must be unused and in new condition.
However, you have the right to carefully open the packaging and examine the characteristics and functions of the goods.
Please note that if the goods or packaging have been mishandled or if labels have been removed, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the price corresponding to the depreciation of the goods.
Any gifts that came with the purchase must also be returned with the product.

2.3 The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you paid by card, the refund will only be made to the same card used at the time of purchase.
If the original card is no longer active, the refund will be made to a credit card.

2.4 The return slip to be filled in and the prepaid return label are included in the original shipment.
If you do not have the return label, please contact Ursus Bags Customer Service.
Ursus Bags assumes responsibility for returned goods from the moment you hand over the return to the carrier.
It is important that you can provide a return or delivery receipt as proof that the return has been submitted.
Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transportation, as Ursus Bags will not compensate for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
In case of open purchase, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping of goods from Ursus Bags.

Complaints

3.1 Ursus Bags follows the applicable consumer rights regarding claims according to consumer purchase legislation in each country where the product is sold. You must inform us of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it. Claims made within a month from the date the defect was discovered are considered to be within a reasonable time. For approved claims, no costs for shipping or return shipping will apply.
